Our underlying service provider, OpenAI, does not update their service based on any information you enter into Grizzly.

• Yes, all of your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We don't share any additional identifiable information with any third parties, and other users do not have access to anything you upload. Our platform is regularly penetration tested by Deloitte.

Your data is stored in a secure Microsoft Azure cloud server in South East Australia. You can delete your data from Grizzly at any time.

OpenAI retains the information we send them for 30 days for abuse prevention, before deleting it.

When you upload a document, we store it in parts in a secure, encrypted database. When you enter a query into Grizzly, we send the relevant parts of your documents to OpenAI to produce a response.

OpenAI does not update their service based on your documents, and they delete them after 30 days.

Grizzly supports .pdf, .doc, .ppt, and other text-based file formats. If you would like to include csv files, contact us!

Yes, you own the rights to all content you generate with Grizzly. This is covered in section 5 of our terms of service.
